tomorrow is going to be humbling and FUN.
for the first time in a while i’ll be running. for the first time in a while i’ll be on my MTB in the woods.
the muddy buddy is a team race of approx 6-7miles with 5 legs. each team member alternates riding the MTB and running. i’ll be taking the first leg on the bike, which means i’ll bike 3 legs and run 2. my buddy alan is in much better shape than me, so we’ll see how it all plays out.
ever since i’ve been visiting Progressive Medical Centers and getting my body chemistry aligned i have felt great. i have more energy that i have in years. i’m 13lb lighter. i’m ready to take the next steps of change, and that means some heavy duty exercise.
this race will be a fun and productive way to get started on an exercise routine again.
